The startup ChitoNExt focusing on the sustainable extraction of chitosan from insects will be funded jointly financed by the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and the European Union. The planned start is March 1, 2024. The project is led and carried out by Marius Anger and Dr. Max Linhorst.
